Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler I - Loader in Sunnyvale, TX. Operate sit-down forklifts to load and unload finished product and support shipping and receiving in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include picking, receiving, putaway, packing, labeling, and maintaining accurate inventory in the WMS. This role requires safety-mindedness, good communication, and Dal-Tile certification to operate powered industrial trucks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year distribution/warehouse experience.
• 6 months to 1 year sit-down forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to speak English.
• Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
• Safe, conscientious work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick/assemble orders from stock and palletize.
• Enter orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify stock availability and audit orders for accuracy.
• Conveys picked orders to packing/shipping areas.
• Receive product into warehouse and inspect for quality.
• Place products into designated warehouse locations and label as required.
• Pack and wrap products, label boxes, and load onto conveyor or shipments.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean and organized.
