Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks an intermediate Material Handler in Sunnyvale, TX. You will stock, wrap, and load/unload materials, operating powered industrial trucks to pick orders for packing and shipping.

The role requires a HS diploma, forklift certification, 1+ year warehouse experience, and basic English skills. 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-4:30PM. Pay starts at $18.54/hr with progression to $19.66/hr after 3 months.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; forklift operator certification.
• 1+ years distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months stand-up forklift or order picker experience; pallet jack experience optional.
• Good oral and written communication skills and accurate measurement capability.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English; follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates powered industrial trucks to pick orders and convey to packing/shipping.
• Pull/assemble orders; check outbound orders for accuracy; stock checks and restock labels.
• Receive and unload inbound material; process shipments and store material; handle returns.
• Maintain clean, organized facility; follow Safety Program and report incidents.
• Perform other related duties as required.
