Job summary

Shoreline Container in Holland, MI is seeking a Forklift Driver for the 2nd shift to support shipping operations, load trucks, and stage goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will move products between production and shipping areas and assist with related paperwork.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and HIlo certification, plus the ability to lift and stand for extended periods. Overtime may be required, and safety shoes must be worn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and HILO certification required.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand and twist for long periods.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and motivational skills needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities; safety footwear required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment (hilo).
• Load finished goods onto outgoing trucks in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Stage finished goods in the warehouse.
• Move products to and from production areas to support manufacturing.
• Complete shipping/warehousing paperwork accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized shipping areas and adhere to quality programs.
