Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator based in York, PA, for the 2nd shift (2:48 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday). The starting pay is $20.60 per hour, with a $2.00 hourly shift differential. Weekly pay and benefits start day one; vacation after 90 days.

The role involves loading lines, maintaining inventory, unloading materials, and ensuring safe, efficient material handling. A minimum of 1 year forklift experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load production lines with raw materials as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain accurate raw material inventory and records.
• Unload and document materials, weigh and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklift to move finished goods and materials within the warehouse.
• Receive parts, store in designated areas and sign packing slips.
• Keep work area clean and train coworkers as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
