Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES GEIS BLD division is seeking a Material Handler on the 2nd shift at our Reno, NV facility. The position pays an hourly rate of $22.73 plus a $0.50 shift differential, with core hours 2:30PM–11PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months forklift or material handling experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Company will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Residents within 50 miles of Reno, NV will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move raw materials, components, supplies and finished goods.
• Load and unload trailers as required.
• Pick and pull stock for delivery.
• Organize pallet area in the backyard and material storage areas.
• Complete forklift inspections daily.
• Oversee recycling duties for the assigned area.
• Track visual management tools (OEE boards, kaizen, audits).
• Support Kaizen improvements and events across the facility.
