Qualifications

• 1–3 years forklift experience in a high‑volume facility or direct mail setting.
• Forklift certification not required; willing to train.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Attention to detail in matching material codes to client print runs.
• Basic comfort with inventory software and PWMS.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming materials and move mail trays/pallets to trucks.
• Stage materials at printing presses to prevent downtime and remove finished goods.
• Verify shipping documents and enter received shipments into PWMS; label goods.
• Safely handle paper stock, mail trays, and print materials with care.
• Set up blades, guides, and counter settings on the slitter per job specs.
• Load master print rolls using roll clamps onto the unwinds shaft.
• Monitor slitting quality and measure finished pieces against specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard‑free warehouse and production area.
