Job summary

Lineage Logistics in the United States is seeking a forklift operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 pm–12:30 am). Preferred experience includes at least 2 years operating stand‑up forklifts.

Pay ranges from $16.97 to $28.65 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential to recognize extended hours. Responsibilities include positioning loads, recording weights with an RF system, performing daily equipment checks, and leading safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the primary language of the site.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 F in cold storage or hot in dry storage.
• Must lift at least 40 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Position forks, lifting devices under/around pallets and load/unload to designated areas.
• Record weight, counts, and condition of items via RF system.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Lead safety inspections on truck chalking and glad-hands.
• Communicate with semi-truck drivers to ensure safety.
• Monitor batteries and return equipment to charging station.
