Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Raleigh, NC facility. You will load and unload on the main banding line, move product into inventory or to trailers, and manage movement between inventory and machines on the floor.

The role requires a valid forklift license, strong safety discipline, and the ability to work in a non climate controlled environment. Pratt Industries provides a full benefits package after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid forklift license.
• Ability to operate a lift truck safely with minimal product damage.
• Must accurately scan load tags and maintain inventories.
• Capable of reading and following production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Follow and help ensure safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Use scanners to keep inventories accurate.
• Ensure orders move to the next operation.
• Handle product to minimize damage.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
