Job summary

Herr Foods Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Forklift Operator for the Nottingham, PA facility. This full-time role runs 3:30pm–12am Monday through Friday, with potential extra hours as needed.

Eligible for a retention bonus up to $250 and a comprehensive benefits package. You will safely operate a forklift, move raw materials to production lines, and use ERP (D365) for inventory and production data entries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• Stable work history with good references.
• Ability to sustain concentration for up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and move raw materials to production lines.
• Use ERP (D365) to enter production-related data and inventory updates.
• Complete forklift inspections and report issues immediately.
• Maintain real-time ERP records of production status and material usage.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
