Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Shipping Forklift Operator to start immediately in Mooresville, IN 46158. Pay is $20.00/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential, totaling $22.00/hour on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading trucks, staging shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required; stand-up forklift experience preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Dependable with reliable attendance and stable work history.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Seeking a long-term, full-time position.
• Willing to complete at least two weeks of training on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) before transitioning to second shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stage, and load materials.
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments according to schedules.
• Load and unload trucks following all safety procedures.
• Transport materials within the warehouse to support shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory and organize staging areas.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
