PAULO PRODUCTS COMPANY is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in Murfreesboro, TN. The role includes preventive maintenance, equipment relocation, and fabrication work, with potential travel for meetings and training.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, plus knowledge of electrical systems, pipe fitting, instrumentation, temperature

Qualifications

• High School diploma or HSE required.
• Requires 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems and electronics, pipe fitting, instrumentation, temperature control devices, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, piping, refrigeration, and chemical systems on equipment and buildings.
• Read and log all meters on equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and operations on meters, gauges, recorders, charts, filters, belts, and related components.
• Install and move equipment using forklifts, hoists, etc.
• Fabricate tanks, fixtures, conveyors, furnaces, and other equipment using welding and fabrication tools.
• Lay out and install piping systems using threading machines, soldering, and hand tools.
• Unload, transport, and store fabrication materials with forklifts and hand trucks.
• Install, repair, and replace fire brick.
• Move office furniture and supplies to various locations.
• Travel to job-related meetings, conventions, training, etc.; overnight stays may be required.
