Tyson Foods in Enid, OK seeks a Production Supervisor to manage a shift in the Prepared Foods division. You will build a capable team, train and coach staff, ensure safety and quality, and maintain production yields while meeting USDA standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, monitoring orders, maintaining records, coordinating with other supervisors, and driving continuous improvement in processes and output. Some travel may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma; vocational or college courses preferred.
• 1+ years in manufacturing with supervisory or line lead experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to other facilities or corporate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team; hire, train, retain and educate on benefits, while guiding stretches and rotating stations.
• Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation and product coding.
• Ensure all line workstations are staffed before production start-up.
• Ensure machinery is operating and stations pass USDA inspections.
• Promote safety daily and at monthly safety meetings.
• Oversee various processing operations and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems.
• Provide ongoing education on the importance of quality.
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed.
