Job summary

HiFyve in Monroe, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the second shift (12:00 PM start) to lead daily operations in a food manufacturing environment. You will oversee production staff, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.

Responsibilities include directing production, monitoring output, and coordinating maintenance and materials while complying with GMPs and food safety standards. Strong leadership and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Supervisory, team lead, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and equipment operations.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, quality, and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and direct production employees on the second shift.
• Monitor output, quality, and efficiency to meet goals.
• Oversee processing, packaging, equipment performance and sanitation.
• Coordinate production schedules, materials, ingredients, and packaging to meet demand.
• Identify equipment issues and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, cost, and plant performance improvements.
• Ensure GMPs, food safety, quality, sanitation and safety compliance.
• Coach and develop employees with ongoing feedback.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
