Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process for products at QTK.
• Organize and monitor workflow on all production shifts.
• Develop cost effective processes and reduce waste while increasing productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot processes and provide ongoing training to production personnel.
• Ensure safety policy compliance and maintain clean, safe work environments.
• Coordinate maintenance daily activities and preventative maintenance as needed.
