Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a full-time manufacturing associate to support production start-up and continuous operation on the 2nd shift. You will set up equipment, monitor line speeds and batch rates, and perform quality checks to ensure product safety and quality.

Overtime opportunities and weekend scheduling may apply. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold or hot temperatures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete and work in varying temperatures.
• Overtime or weekend availability may be required based on plant scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Control line speeds and batch production rates; start/stop equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and document results.
• Complete required downtime and HACCP paperwork according to SAP SOPs.
