CJ Schwan’s is hiring for a full-time Processing position in Salina, KS. The role runs on the 2nd shift (2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) with a starting pay of $18.75 per hour and an additional $2.00 shift differential from 3 p.m.

to 6 a.m. You will set up equipment, monitor line speeds, perform quality checks, and complete required paperwork using SAP and SOPs. The job offers several health, vision, and retirement benefits, phasing in with time, and opportunities for advancement in a growing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced production setting.
• Flexible overtime, weekends, and other shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rate, and equipment operations.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product appearance and safety.
• Complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP, SAP, SOPs, safety training).
