Job summary

Amy’s Kitchen is hiring for a 2nd shift prep position in White City. Work Mon–Fri with one weekend every other month, 12:00 pm–8:30 pm, with overtime as required. Pay starts at $17.75 per hour with a benefits package and opportunities to grow within the company.

The role requires basic math and reading ability, following SOPs, and following batch procedures to support food production. Training and safety programs are provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Must pass math and literacy test.
• Ability to follow SOPs and standard batching procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from Shift Lead, Lead Prep, Kitchen Supervisor, or Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain correct tagging, labeling and storage of materials.
• Perform basic prep tasks (onions, carrots, spinach, cheeses, canned goods).
• Adhere to safety, GMP, and quality standards at all times.
• Complete daily shift reports and assist production planning as needed.
