CJ Schwan's in Stilwell, OK is seeking a 2nd shift production worker. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with an additional $1.50 shift differential for hours 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.; shift is 2nd, hours 4:15 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting is acceptable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Willingness to rotate shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products, discard or fix as directed, and document waste.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient problems and equipment breakdowns.
• Operate in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state/federal regulations and GMPs.
