Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker for our client in Massachusetts. The role involves supporting the production line in a cold-temperature environment, with a 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM in the Wilmington & Haverhill area.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in various areas of production as needed
• Ability to tolerate temperature variations, including cold and hot conditions
• Must pass drug and background screenings

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes
• Rotate between various production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line
