Pennsylvania Ag Connection is seeking a Packer for the 2nd shift in Hanover, PA. You will prepare packaging material, inspect finished goods, and help maintain production flow with a focus on food safety and quality. This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to specs, and safe operation of packaging equipment.

Starting pay is $18.60 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential; overtime may be required. The company offers health benefits and a 401k as part of its total rewards package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons, trays, and displays for packaging and production.
• Verify supplies and ensure taping equipment function properly.
• Perform visual inspections of packaging and codes.
• Pack products per packaging specs and apply correct labels.
• Seal and prepare cartons for shipment and stack on pallets.
• Operate pallet jacks and assist with line start-up/changeovers.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow GMPs.
