Job summary

Hanover Foods Corporation in Centre Hall, PA seeks 2nd Shift Production Laborers. This entry-level position performs general, non-mechanical duties, prepares raw materials, inspects for defects, and ensures proper labeling and packaging.

You will work 3pm to 11pm, with a $0.50 shift differential during those hours. Responsibilities include stacking pallets, inspecting finished products, maintaining clean and safe work areas, following GMPs/HACCP, and using PPE.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand documents, drawings, and instructions.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and follow directions.
• Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Stacking boxes and shrink-wrapping pallets for storage.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and labeling accuracy.
• Packing products into boxes and totes; checking weights and packaging.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and following PPE rules.
• Performing shift paperwork and reporting safety issues promptly.
