Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Fremont, OH is hiring 2nd/3rd shift Production Operators to join our sauces processing team. You will operate packaging filling equipment, perform set-up/changeover, monitor quality checks and maintain GMP compliance in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Starting pay is $25.96 per hour with shift premium and weekly pay. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and holidays; prior manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Available to work 2nd/3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging filling equipment safely.
• Perform set-up, start-up and changeover procedures.
• Troubleshoot line performance issues.
• Maintain downtime records during line operation.
• Conduct and document quality checks.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment as needed.
• Ensure GMP compliance and proper chemical handling.
• Support Plant Quality Systems and report abnormalities.
