Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a PM Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and ensure top-notch service. This full-time role requires night and weekend availability and may require additional certifications.

The position reports to the Sr. Food & Beverage Manager and involves staff supervision, training, scheduling, and maintaining Wilderness Resort standards for quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage shifts.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including training, discipline, scheduling and monitoring performance to ensure service standards.
• Greet and inform guests and team members of specials and new items.
• Ensure restaurants adhere to Wilderness Resort standards and cleanliness.
• Address guest concerns and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with Sr. Food & Beverage Manager on issues/feedback.
• Oversee nightly shifts; master duties of bartender, server, busser, hostess, dishwasher.
• Assist with overseeing the rest of the Food & Beverage Department as F&B Supervisor on Duty.
• Handle product ordering and inventory for the outlet.

The PM Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff is in compliance with company procedures and providing the highest quality service and products with maximum operating results.

This is a full-time position with night and weekend availability.

*Must currently hold a valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a clean driving record*

*If not currently held, must be able to obtain the following within 90 days of hire: Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course, an up to date Operator's License for the Village of Lake Delton, and be certified in food safety.*

*This position requires the ability to frequently and repeatedly lift up to 50+ pounds and walk roughly 5+ miles per shift.*

Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited:

• Supervision of staff to include; training, discipline, scheduling and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide exceptional internal and external guest satisfaction.
• Greeting and informing guests and team members of specials and new items in the restaurants.
• Ensuring that the restaurants/food outlets adhere to Wilderness Resort standards, cleanliness, conditional, and service standards at all times.
• Addressing opportunities or concerns of a guest and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Work closely with and report all issues/feedback to the Sr. Food & Beverage Manager.
• Oversee nightly shifts. Complete mastery of all duties including bartender, server, busser, hostess, and dishwasher.
• Assist with overseeing the rest of the Food and Beverage Department as the F&B Supervisor on Duty.
• Product ordering and inventory tracking for the assigned outlet.
