Job summary

4over is seeking a Folder Operator for the 2nd shift in Columbus, OH. This on-site role operates the MBO/Stahl folding machine, performing setup and adjustments to fold, slit, perforate and score printed sheets in preparation for binding or shipment.

The position is Regular Full Time with a salary between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and requires 6 months to 1 year of experience with MBO or Stahl machinery. High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six-months to one-year related experience utilizing MBO or Stahl machinery
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications to determine page sequence, fold size, and packing requirements
• Pre-set side guides, fold plates, and blades or perforators
• Load sheets onto feeder or job sheets into proper positions
• Adjust machine during production to meet quality standards
• Jog folded signatures for next operation or shipment
• Record job information on Monarch and time sheets
• Ensure jobs meet quality and quantity requirements
• Troubleshoot machine problems and notify lead
• Other duties as assigned
