Job summary

Hörmann LLC in Washington state is seeking an ATO Stock Foam Assembler for the Therma Assembly on the 2nd shift. You will operate machinery to cut and emboss foam panels for steel garage door sections and may perform tasks in other jobs within the department.

Responsibilities include obtaining work orders and production schedules, processing foam insulation as scheduled, and verifying dimensions and emboss depth while ensuring quality of raw and produced materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Production experience preferred.
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Obtain work orders and production schedule and assemble materials accordingly.
• Process foam insulation as scheduled.
• Verify foam width, length and density is correct per the schedule.
• Verify the emboss depth passes the go-no-go gauge to make sure it is within tolerance.
• Perform quality assurance inspection of raw and produced materials.
