Job summary

Allegiance Industries is hiring for a 2nd shift Floor Technician in Columbia, SC. The role involves floor care tasks such as carpet steam-cleaning, stripping, waxing, sealing, deep cleaning and buffing, and moving heavy items.

Shift is 5:00 PM–1:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities across facility cleaning and maintenance. Qualifications include prior floor care experience, physical stamina, safety awareness, reliable transportation, and the ability to follow schedules and directions

• Reliable transportation and ability to follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets.
• Strip floors with proper machinery.
• Apply wax and buff floors.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Deep clean painted floors using appropriate chemicals.
• Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
