The role involves operating, setting up, and troubleshooting flexographic printing presses to meet production targets and quality standards, with opportunities for overtime and advancement.

You will gain hands-on experience in a growing printing environment, with training on flexographic equipment and pathways to Lead Operator within 1–2 years.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a printing press is essential, ideally within flexographic printing, packaging, labeling, or a similar environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic production equipment.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety-conscious, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and progress within the business.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot flexographic printing presses, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, identify equipment issues, and work with maintenance and leadership to minimize downtime.
• Complete production paperwork, follow quality and safety procedures, maintain 5S standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
