Job summary

SATO America LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused Press Operator in Charlotte, NC. You will operate, set up, and troubleshoot flexographic presses, aiming for high-quality output while adhering to safety and productivity standards.

The role requires an AA or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience, good English communication, and strong mechanical aptitude. You will work on multi-press lines in a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two year college or technical school.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set-up, and troubleshoot flexographic printing presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain machines with basic preventive maintenance.
• Keep 5S compliant work area.
• Complete required paperwork promptly.
• Cross-train on multiple press lines.
• Meet quality goals for scrap and yield.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to coordinate production.
