Job summary

Labelink USA is seeking a dependable Digital Press Operator for the 2nd shift to run flexographic presses, follow production schedules, and uphold quality standards.

You will ensure proper setup, teardown, and line clearance, monitor performance, and report production data. Safety is paramount, with OSHA protocols followed; forklift skills are a plus and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of press operating experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and instructions.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Good math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing presses efficiently and safely.
• Review production schedules and coordinate with Scheduler or Supervisor on priorities.
• Ensure proper machine setup, tear-down, and line clearance for each run.
• Monitor press performance and product quality; troubleshoot issues and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures including OSHA and lockout/tagout.
• Maintain accurate production reporting using scanners and computer systems.
• Work with team to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assist with process improvements to meet customer quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
