Job summary

Labelmaster, a leader in shipping hazmat solutions, seeks a 1st shift Flexographic Press Operator in Chicago. You will set up, operate, and maintain a flexographic press, adjust ink, plate position, and machine settings to meet job specs.

You’ll load materials, mount plates, mix inks, and perform preventive maintenance while ensuring color accuracy and print quality. Requires 3-5 years press experience; in-house teamwork; this is an in-office role with comprehensive benefits and no visa

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
• Flexographic Printing, Mark Andy and/or Nilpeter preferred.
• 3-5 Years Manufacturing Press Operator Experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust press for job runs to meet specifications.
• Mount plates and color match ink.
• Monitor print quality and registration.
• Load materials and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Notify maintenance of mechanical problems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
