Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce printed materials according to job specifications, ensuring accuracy and high-quality results.
• Mix and adjust inks to achieve the required colors, monitor ink viscosity, and maintain consistent print quality throughout the run.
• Perform routine press maintenance, including cleaning rollers, plates, and other press components. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or print quality issues as they arise.
• Monitor print quality by conducting visual inspections and using measurement devices to ensure colors, registration, and other specifications meet customer requirements.
• Accurately record production data, including job setup details, materials used, and completed quantities.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding machine operation and hazardous materials.
