Job summary

Abbott Label in Georgia is seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator for the 2nd shift. You will operate and set up Flexo presses, stage materials and tooling, and drive efficient production while supporting quality control in the pressroom.

Required is experience with Mark Andy printing equipment, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training is a plus; the role offers growth, benefits, and a family-like culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Mark Andy printing equipment is required.
• Narrow web printing experience preferred.
• Vocational/technical school training provided.
• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates various types of printing machines.
• Reviews client requests to understand scope and parameters of print jobs.
• Determines quantities required for print job.
• Aligns and configures machinery.
• Inspects random production samples to evaluate print quality.
• Troubleshoots issues with printing machine and makes basic repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance on printing machines.
• Drafts and submits reports for daily production totals.
• Maintains a clean area around printing machinery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
