Job summary

Union Beer Distributors in Secaucus, New Jersey, is looking for a Fleet Mechanic for the 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm). The role involves repairing and maintaining trucks and other company machinery. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and ideally a Class A License, or be willing to obtain one.

• Prepare written repair orders daily

Responsibilities

• Repair trucks, cars, and other company machinery as required
• Provide for the general maintenance requirements of the plant as necessary
• Inspect all vehicles to ensure that the vehicles meet state safety requirements
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles to minimize vehicle down time
• Maintain mechanical certifications as required
