Job summary

AccraConxt in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Finishing Supervisor to lead 30+ employees on the 2nd shift, supervising production and coordinating daily activities to meet schedules and quality goals.

You will ensure safety, implement lean improvements, train staff, and collaborate with other supervisors while controlling costs and inventory.

Strong leadership, manufacturing experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control systems required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30+ employees and lead daily production on the shift.
• Execute the daily production schedule using people, materials, machines and processes to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and policy compliance on the shift.
• Coordinate with other supervisors and leads to support the production plan and customer requirements.
• Oversee training, performance reviews, attendance, and labor reporting; drive cost control and continuous improvement.
