Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in corrugated industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating manuals; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct production workflow for the 2nd shift.
• Direct supervision of the shift’s manufacturing staff and evaluate performance.
• Ensure training, safety, and regulatory compliance on the shift.
• Resolve production and quality issues; interact with maintenance and other departments.
• Support cost-saving efficiency and quality improvements.
