Job summary

CCL Industries Inc. is hiring for a 2nd shift Finishing Department member in Lumberton, NJ. The position runs Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm with a 10% shift differential, supporting setup, inspection, and splice operations.

The role requires good mechanical skills, basic math and computer abilities, and the ability to read and write English. Prior printing or finishing experience is a plus. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use and read scientific measurement and inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up the RotoControl machine with blades and nip rollers.
• Inspect labels under a strobe light for quality defects as they come off the press.
• Cut the web to make splices with tape using box cutters and scissors.
