Job summary

CCL Label Robbinsville, NJ, part of CCL Industries, is seeking Finishing/Machine Inspectors & Operators for the finishing department. The 3rd shift runs from 10pm to 6am, with training provided to start.

You will operate and monitor finishing machinery, perform set-ups, load materials, and ensure quality per customer specs. We offer benefits including PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision coverage, 401k with company match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical skills required.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret measurement tools.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• Punctual, professional, able to interface with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor finishing equipment to meet production targets.
• Set up complex automated inspection and slitting equipment.
• Load labels and printed material into equipment.
• Monitor AVT systems and unwind defective material.
• Identify and replace defects per customer specs.
• Complete documentation to track jobs and maintain safety standards.
