The Brickle Group is seeking a dedicated entry-level team member to support machine operators by tending card feedboxes, doffing frames, and assisting with labeling and packaging in Etna, Maine. This position operates on a 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:15 PM, offering hourly compensation listed in the range above.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested and shift changes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Tend the Card feedboxes by filling them with fiber.
• Assist operator by removing full bobbins and replacing with empty bobbins.
• Assist operator weighing cart and recording data.
• Assist in coning by labeling and palletizing cones.
• Keep the work area neat and organized.
• Complete work within expected time frame of production job.
• Communicate daily with the Supervisor regarding issues or concerns.
• Identify quality issues both incoming to the operation and created by the operation.
