Job summary

Miller Poultry in northeast Indiana is seeking a Feed Mill Operator for 2nd shift. You will tend, operate, and oversee all mill areas, load trucks, and perform daily maintenance in a hot and noisy industrial environment.

Requires a high school diploma with 3+ years of related experience, forklift certification, and ability to work 12 pm–9 pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus three years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee all operator areas within the mill (receiving, batching, production floor, loadout).
• Load trucks and manage feed-in, batching, grinding, mixing, and pelleting processes.
• Maintain daily shift activity and production reports.
