Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an Operations Maintenance professional to oversee safe operation, daily monitoring, and maintenance of facility systems including ASRS, dock equipment, and security. Position requires hands-on maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and general systems.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, electrical code adherence (NFPA 70/NFPA 70E), PLC troubleshooting, and daily CMMS logging. Occasional on-call duties and non-traditional hours are possible.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or regulations.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic across units of measure (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Work with high/low voltage electrical standards (OSHA NFPA 70, NFPA 70E).
• Inspect and repair electrical systems, PLCs and electrical components.
• Log time and materials in CMMS daily; manage PMs.
• Perform building maintenance (carpentry, painting, plumbing).
• Maintain assets through preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Respond to emergencies to ensure safety.
• Support on-call departmental program as designated.
