Job summary

aerīz seeks a Facility Tech for its Riverbank, CA facility. This entry-level, 2nd shift position performs general labor and maintenance on equipment and facilities, reporting to the Facility Supervisor and working on-site.

The role requires ability to use hand tools and basic power tools, follow instructions, and maintain safety and organization. Growth opportunities and union environment are noted expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
• Assist in special projects or operation task.
• Trained to use small tools and equipment.
• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Inventory count; supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
