Job summary

Aeriz in Riverbank, CA is seeking a Facility Technician for the 2nd shift. You will perform general labor and maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities, report to the Facility Supervisor, and work on-site at our Riverbank facility.

Ideal candidates have basic carpentry and repair knowledge, can use hand and power tools, follow supervisor instructions, stay organized, and are at least 21 years old. This is an entry-level, permanent full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
• Assist in special projects or operation tasks.
• Trained to use small tools and equipment.
• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Inventory count; supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
