Job summary

Bellisio Food in Jackson, OH is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to keep the facility safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will perform inspections, routine repairs, and preventive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.

You will work with internal teams and contractors, follow GMPs and food-safety procedures, and maintain records of maintenance activities to support production operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building inspections and identify needed repairs or maintenance.
• Complete general repairs involving doors, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, fixtures, and other building components.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs, including faucets, sinks, toilets, drains, and water lines.
• Perform basic electrical repairs such as replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, and bulbs within the employee's qualifications and company requirements.
• Assist with basic HVAC troubleshooting, filter changes, and routine maintenance.
