Job summary

Bellisio Food is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to keep the facility, grounds, and building systems safe and functional. The role involves inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and coordination with contractors as needed.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and general repairs, while maintaining records and following GMPs in production or food-processing areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous building, facility, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for entering work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Complete general repairs to doors, walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs such as faucets and toilets.
• Perform basic electrical repairs like lighting and outlets.
• Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures and GMPs when in production areas.
