Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking a Facilities Building Engineer to support our Tampa area sites. Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional night and weekend work to cover emergencies.

You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems—mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing—ensuring safe, continuous operation. You’ll manage logs, coordinate outside vendors, and respond to safety needs as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years building operations engineering experience.
• CFC certification in high pressure discipline.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions.
• Proficient computer and e-mail skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems: mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Know building systems for safety, life safety, fire protection, and security.
• Perform preventative maintenance and testing on systems including AHUs, pumps, and plumbing.
• Coordinate work orders, contractors, and management approvals.
• Prepare maintenance logs and records.
• Assist in snow and ice clearing with outside vendors.
• Maintain organized building files.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
