Job summary

SpaceX Texas is seeking an Apprentice Fabrication Technician for the 2nd shift at the Rocket Development Facility. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or certification from a 2-year technical school is required.
• Experience with hand tools and blueprint reading (experience gained through a 2-year college or technical program counts).
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machines and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide GSE technician support for LOX, fuel pad, and site facility equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and instrumentation.
• Operate and maintain hardware, high‑pressure systems, pumps, and pneumatic components.
• Collaborate with design engineers to document GSE activities.
• Follow SpaceX procedures, quality and safety policies.
