Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Fabrication Supervisor for a thermal management and HVAC manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you'll lead production operations, support a skilled fabrication team, and help ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with fabrication, HVAC production, sheet metal or related processes preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities during the shift and ensure production goals are met.
• Lead, coach, and motivate production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to maximize productivity.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business objectives are achieved.

Compensation: $85,000-$110,000 annually – paid weekly

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:30 AM
