Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Parts and Plates Shop Foreman to lead the fabrication shop, coordinate daily production, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will supervise shop personnel and collaborate with other departments to meet schedules and company objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication skills, and a solid knowledge of the steel fabrication industry. Evening and weekend overtime may be required to maintain production timelines.

Qualifications

• Managerial or supervisory experience required.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Detailed knowledge of industry.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance for shop employees.
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies.
• Manage all aspects of the fabrication shop, including personnel, equipment, tools, materials.
• Update and maintain production and fabrication schedules.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries.
• Establish and publish standard fabrication procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and QC procedures to ensure timely, quality product.
