Job summary

Standex International is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead fabricating and assembling activities on the plant floor. You will supervise the shift, plan tasks, monitor schedules, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards to meet productivity goals.

You will coach employees, review production schedules, manage staffing, and drive continuous improvement while upholding quality and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred; experience may substitute
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, quality background, and lean manufacturing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift, assign duties, and ensure adherence to plant policies
