Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for an Extrusion Associate 2nd Shift/Material Handler in North Carolina. The role is full-time, permanent, with a 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

You will move vinyl materials, operate a Drexel forklift, and support warehouse operations. The position requires physical fitness for heavy lifting, ability to read a tape measure, and capability to be cross-trained across departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs for light production.
• Able to read a tape measure and calipers.
• Cross-trained in multiple functions across departments.
• Experience operating forklift in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion line to fabricate parts for window assemblies.
• Move finish material with Drexel forklift and move to warehouse.
• Label material and scan inventory.
• Load and unload trucks with finish material.
• Prepare scrap racks and weight scrap as needed.
